When I first saw this inspiration photo from Keiko Lynn (one of my favorite style blogs) I absolutely loved it! I’ve many-a-time mixed patterns together, but generally one is bold and the other isn’t, or they’re BOTH subtle. But I loved the boldness of mixing two larger patterns like this, with colors that coordinate. So, I hope you enjoy my personal take on this look!

I loved her stripes and plaid combo, but I also really liked the stripes and polka-dots together when I tried it on – so I went with that as a little spin on the concept.
This is one of my FAVORITE pairs of earrings. There’s something about the subtle gold & red + elephant combination that I just love. :)

Are you brave enough to mix two bold patterns together?? I think you should give it a try! :) HAPPY WEDNESDAY, friends!

I’m an absolute *sucker* for outfits like these! and I probably mix patterns too often in my outfits:)
