Today I’m excited to be sharing a guest post featuring MEN’S fashion! I have some friends (who are 4 brothers) that recently started a really cool men’s style blog called Brothers & Craft, and I’ve really enjoyed following it. In the same vein of my Wardrobe Wednesday inspiration, they’re very thrifty and find some awesome pieces for very little money. So, when I asked them to put something together that I could feature, Kirk based a cool outfit around his really cool (and very low-priced!) vintage jacket find.

Trying to pick an outfit for Florida’s bipolar winter weather can sometimes be difficult. For the average chilly day I need to have the right pieces to layer for the low temperatures in mornings and evenings, but also be able to easily shed for the warmer temperatures in the middle of day.

Today, I chose to where this burgundy leather jacket that fits quite well for the above scenario. I snagged this jacket at a local thrift store here in Orlando for $8, and for $8, you really can’t go wrong no matter what type of item you’re buying. This was an exceptional buy for me because of the jacket’s versatility and unique color.

If it got really cold here (on rare occasion), I would pair this jacket with some dark denim, boots, a scarf and a hoodie underneath; But for the typical sunny day here in Florida, I’m good with wearing no socks, a denim button up, and my new favorite burgundy leather jacket.
