Today’s outfit was definitely most-inspired by the fabulous orange sweater in this source photo. While I don’t have a cable-knit one, I have a cardigan in the same color that easily pulled together a very similar look, in spite of slightly different colored skirt, tights and boots. But it’s a general layered look that would work wonderfully in many color combinations. It’s also a really versatile outfit that I could see wearing to church, client meetings, outings with friends, or even when working at home on those days that I just want to feel cute. ;)

Sweater: Target, $8 | Skirt: Old Navy, $5 | Shirt: Old Navy, $24 | Boots: Etsy, $68 | Necklace: Relinked Relics, Gift | Purse: Fossil Outlet, $100 | Bracelets: Thrifted, $1 each | Tights: Target, $4
Are there any elements of this outfit you could see yourself wearing? I just love that each piece is actually pretty much a simple, staple sort of clothing item which shows you can have pretty basic things in your closet, and it’s all about how you put them together! (And, of course, in my opinion a statement necklace is the perfect finishing touch that takes simple items and really makes an outfit).
Happy Wednesday, everyone! Hope you stay warm as the snow hits!
