I am SO excited to be showing off Abby & Micah’s full wedding from Saturday! When I first met this couple, it was clear that their vision for their wedding day wasn’t wrapped up in stress over the perfect details, but rather on truly having a day filled with celebration for what God has done in their life and love story. They wanted a down-to-earth event that would allow everyone to just have fun, and they pulled that off with flying colors! Add that mindset to the amazing setting of Kildee Farms and you’ve got the perfect combo. I absolutely loved being part of this amazing day!

Isn’t Abby’s dress gorgeous? It was actually her Mom’s dress from 1986 that she had completely remade, using the fabric from the original dress, as well as her Mom’s veil, and then some added layers of lace and tulle. Perfectly unique to her, and yet still special because it was her Mom’s. Such an awesome way to get the perfect dress!

Is she a stunning bride, or what?

I just love how much fun these two were during the portrait time! I never once had to tell them to fake laugh – they know how to crack each other up. :)

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect “golden hour” to sneak in a few sunset portraits before partying on for the rest of the evening.

Does this group know how to have a good time, or what?! Such an incredible day to be part of. To Abby, Micah & all of your loved ones: thank you for being so sweet, kind, fun and wonderful to work with!
