This week’s look is by far one of my favorites to date. I love finding new ways to wear my navy polka dotted dress, and I’m not sure I would have thought to add this vest over it had I not stumbled on this week’s inspiration photo on Pinterest. I love the way they layer, and the touch of the brown leather belt to tie in the shoes.

What do you think of this look? Do you have any vests you would add over a dress for a layered summer look? Obviously the hotter it gets, the less it makes sense to add an additional layer. But for the early summer temperatures, I think this works great and I would wear it for church or client meetings or coffee dates, or any everyday option!
