The first thing you need to know about Jamie & Mike is that they are total troopers! In 6.5 years of business, this is the first time I ever had a completely rained out session. The crazy part is that we had rescheduled their session at least three times due to rain, and as it turned out there was just no escaping it. But they were totally up for the challenge and didn’t even make fun of my ridiculous maneuvers with holding a giant umbrella by tilting my head toward my shoulder while switching lenses and getting the perfect angle. Consequently, they rocked the session and I think the results are just adorable! The grounds of the Airlie Center are gorgeous even in the rain (though I’m hopeful that we’ll get the “or shine” aspect for their wedding day next month). Enjoy some of my favorites!
