My parents came for a visit a little over a week ago and I always love getting some quality time with them. They’re really low-key people and their favorite thing is really just time with each other and loved ones. But my mom also happens to have a huge affinity for coffee, so it’s our tradition to make at least one or two stops to some of my favorite local coffee shops while they’re in town. And this time we decided to grab a few candid photos for fun, too. I mean, they’re pretty cute if you ask me, so it just kind of made sense.

Aren’t they cute? They’ll celebrate 31 years of marriage in December and I’m just so grateful for parents who are so invested in each other, and in each of us kids and make an effort to stay connected even though we live a few states away. Looking forward to more time with them for Christmas in Indiana this year, as well!
