Aaron, Llewyn & I had an amazing time in Florida with family last week, and since it only happens a few times a year, we had to take advantage of getting some family photos while we were all together! I loved getting to do some quick little mini-sessions for Aaron’s siblings and their families and I love how they turned out, even in their imperfection. Now that I’m a mom of an unpredictable kid, myself, I can appreciate how special it is to get photos as a family, whether your child “cooperates” or not. The reality is that life should be documented beautifully AS IS. So parents, don’t feel pressure to have that postcard perfect family photo. Allow your family to be captured for who they are right now. My sister-in-law took some photos of us, as well, and I’m excited to share those soon, too. But for today, enjoy my gorgeous in-laws and precious nieces & nephews! <3

Are they the sweetest or what? And yes, those baby girls are TWINS! (Aaron’s twin sister had twins of her own…I don’t think I’ll ever get over how crazy and awesome that is!)
