Over the weekend Aaron and I made a quick trip up to New Haven to visit our good friends who moved there from Richmond back in May. My Mom was in town and able to stay with Llewyn (which was good practice for me, since I’d only been away from him for one overnight up to this point) and it was a fun day-and-a-half quick trip. I’d never been to CT before, so it was lovely to visit a new place, and I especially enjoyed walking around the gorgeous Yale campus (pretending I might run into Rory Gilmore at any minute). We ate some delicious food at some fabulous restaurants, browsed some particularly spot-on vintage boutiques and in general just had awesome quality time with some of our favorite people. Also a perfect outlet for some personal work, as it’s been far too long since I got to take photos of this nature. Enjoy some snippets of charming New Haven!
I live in Connecticut, and it’s just getting to the point where everything is turning into autumn colors, so now is the perfect time to visit! I enjoyed seeing these pictures :)
Ahh! I would LOVE to go back when New England is in its full Autumnal glory! I’ve (literally) been to Boston in the Fall and it was amazing. :)
