It has surprised me over the years how many guys I know who reference Wardrobe Wednesday. Sometimes in jest, yes, but the fact that it’s a series noticed by not only my female followers gave me the inspiration to share just how much I also love men’s fashion. Getting to photograph stylish guys have resulted in some of my favorite shoots to date, and I think it’s inspiring to see men put effort into finding their own look. And (gasp) it’s totally ok for guys to have a Pinterest board for their style ideas, as well. (Pinterest is not just for the ladies, really!) My rather handsome and stylish husband has his own board and I love seeing the outfits he puts together based on that inspiration. While he may not let me photograph them (trust me, I’ve tried to convince him) I think it’s great to note that the method behind Wardrobe Wednesday is totally applicable to guys just as much as girls. I, also, have a men’s style board that I enjoy adding iconic and fashionable looks to.
