I’m all about a good, comfy dress that basically feels even better than wearing a t-shirt and jeans, and looks super cute. This style of dress, for me, is just that. You can do so many things with it – wear heels to dress is up, flats or boots for more casual, add a scarf or jacket, etc. The possibilities are vast. And while I love the gray one in this inspiration photo, and how versatile it would be, I just couldn’t pass up this amazing tribal print dress when I came across it last year. Even though it’s a busy pattern, the neutral color tones still go with a lot and I’ve been able to style it many different ways. What I love about a good print is that you can keep accessories very minimal because it already has a lot going on to make a statement – and that makes throwing together an outfit super easy!

I love how adding a scarf to a short-sleeved dress can still make your outfit the right “temperature” for cool Fall days. It’s a nice happy-medium when you don’t want to cover up your dress with a coat or sweater.
