Since Richmond doesn’t seem to quite get that we all want Fall weather, yet, I’m holding onto my iced coffee & sandals for just a bit longer. But a super simple and easy piece like this amazing (and waaaay comfy) black dress is a perfect transition from Summer into Fall. It’s lightweight and flowy which is great for the still-humid days, but can easily be paired with booties and a sweater as the weather starts to get cooler. I am ALL about this style of dress right now and can’t wait to try it with scarves and tights, too!

If you’re in the market for a dress like this, I got mine from my pals over at Andie & Ames and it actually JUST went on sale today, for a limited time! You get a staple wardrobe piece AND get to support a small business (no offense, Target) and that’s win/win in my book! You can purchase directly from their Instagram account, so go check it out!
My absolute favorite accessory right now is my Mama Bird bracelet from another local small business, Garnett Jewelry! It’s the perfect subtle accent to basically every outfit. Can’t wear it enough!
