A Nutritional Give-Away!

3/14/13

I have something a little different, and definitely exciting to bring to you today! As some of you may know, my sister Aimee recently launched her business as a personal nutritionist! This is something she’s been studying for a while now, and I’m SO thrilled to see it finally taking off! In honor of this and just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, she’s hosting a huge and awesome give-away on her blog where you can nominate someone ELSE to win ONE WHOLE YEAR of nutritional counseling, plus a bag full of goodies. I’d say that’s one awesome gift to give someone!

So, in the spirit of giving OTHERS something, we decided to team up for another give-away here on my blog today, in honor of her official give-away. If you’re doing the math, that’s a lot of giving-away, right?? But we couldn’t be more excited to do it!

The Prize:

1) A FREE nutritional consultation with Aimee!
2) One of her awesome (and super soft) t-shirts!
3) A really cool tote bag made from vegetable fibers!

All you have to do to enter today is “Like” Aimee’s Facebook page, and then comment here saying that you did so AND why you’d love to win this prize! You only have 24-hours to enter, as I will announce the winner tomorrow! I, myself, would love to win this prize because while I think I eat fairly healthy, I know I have room for improvement and would love to see what she would recommend. So, what are you waiting for?! Enter now, and be sure to check out the official St. Patrick’s Day give-away, and nominate someone who would be deserving of the year-long grand prize!

Happy Thursday, everyone! :)

I’ve liked Aimee’s fb page and I love her blog! She has great insights and I’d really like to win this giveaway. It’s a constant battle to make good food choices and I’d like some help. :) (also the tee looks super comfy!)

  2. I liked Aimee’s facebook! It’s so cool :) I’d love to win the giveaway because nutrition is something I’m really interested in, especially as I’m eating gluten free. But I often struggle with eating enough protein and would love extra help!

LIKED! This is such a cool deal! I’ve always wanted to meet with a nutritionist but never put forth the effort to find one or talk to someone at a gym – like you, Tori, I eat pretty healthy, but would love to just hear a professional’s thoughts!

I’ve liked Aimee’s page too and would want to win this for my husband. He’s tried on and off to lose weight but just needs help and falls off quickly when he’s left to his own efforts. A whole year long thing would be great for him to have that long term support and consistency and someone keeping him on track!

Kelly, that’s so awesome! Did you enter her official give-away to try to win the year-long prize for your husband?? I wish you the best of luck with getting that! :)

Liked!! I look forward to checking out Aimee’s blog. The reason I would love this consultion is that since my wedding in October I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and when I read the motto on the t-shirt: I Eat To Live, I was thrilled because that is just what I want to do! I’ve been reading the book Made to Crave which is just about this issue. Nutrition is a physical issue but it also a spiritual one too. I’m attempting to work on both these days! Thanks Tori!!

Liked! That is so cool. I am a fairly good eater but I am sure there is a lot of room for improvement. :-)

Liked a while ago :-) I’d love to learn more about how to make healthy choices and do what is right for my body, with all the social and work obligations that are constantly putting me at meetings at restaurants or events with meals. I’m trying so hard to stay healthy and eat healthy and feel like I can either stay home with only vegetables and no social contact, or be social and eat bad… I can’t find the middle ground.

I liked her Facebook page! I loved reading Amy’s story. I know that when I eat healthily, my mood and energy are SO much better! But somehow I can’t resist a good donut or cheeseburger… I would love to learn more from Amy about eating healthy! Also, that t-shirt looks SO COMFY! :)
