What can I say about these two? They are positively one of the sweetest, most joyful couples I know and I’m so, so excited to have the pleasure of documenting their love. I’ve known Betsy for several years, now, and it’s always such a true honor when a friend wants you to be part of their love story in such a special way. I’ve already been so blessed by how they have walked their relationship and the planning of their wedding with so much grace, calm, and total peace – knowing that details aren’t worth stressing over, and God is going to perfectly orchestrate it all. That’s exactly how a couple should enjoy their engagement season, and I think they’re an incredible example. I’m so glad we had the perfect Spring day to wander around some of their favorite spots in DC, and even though the Cherry Blossoms were gone, this stunning tree provided an amazing backdrop. Such a pretty and fun afternoon!
