In the face of impending hurricane Sandy doom on this gloomy Monday, I’m excited to bring you photos taken during a happy September afternoon of a beautiful fellow photographer. I always love doing portrait sessions, but it’s especially fun working with another photographer because you know when they say they’ve “scoped out a location” they’ve looked at it as I would. So, needless to say, when Lelia (of Lelia Marie Photography) said she needed some updated photos for her website and had found a great park in Northern Virginia for said shoot, I was excited! She has a fun and spunky personality and it was so fun to capture that!

The old cameras that she used as props actually belonged to her husband’s great grandparents. So, it’s pretty awesome that they have sentimental value in addition to just looking cool. :)
