I’m all about long cardigans, and I loved the simplicity of this inspiration photo (who just so happens to be one of my biggest style/hair icons) with the tucked in shirt, and ankle boots. While I didn’t have higher waisted black or regular jeans, these olive pants were the closest in style I could come, so I opted for that even though it changes the color dynamic of the outfit a bit. Plus, olive is one of my favorite colors (and also acts as a great neutral).
