I’ve always had a love for vintage denim, which is probably not surprising. But, for my taste, a lot of the vintage cut-offs are a little too short. So, while I had been on the search at my favorite thrift stores and vintage boutiques, I just wasn’t having luck finding a pair that fit well and had the length I wanted. BUT, right around my birthday I decided to hit up Addison Handmade & Vintage since it had been a while, and as it would happen this pair of white vintage Lee shorts were the perfect fit! They’ve been a fun go-to with lots of different shirts, but especially this simple crop top t-shirt. You can’t ever go wrong with the classic combo of black & white, but I like the little twist the shirt has with the pattern and cuffed sleeves.

Another favorite thing is to wear a simple striped shirt or solid colored tank top tucked in with the shorts, or knotted in the front. So many ways to do a simple variation of this type of style and rock the high-waisted shorts this summer!
