We all know how ideal it is, especially during chillier months, to feel warm and cozy while also feeling cute as you head out for errands or grab coffee with a friend. I love the ease of high-waisted jeans paired with a tied button down shirt, and a sweater, blazer or jacket thrown over top. It’s a formula that works every time, and especially when you have fairly neutral pieces you can easily come up with several different outfits by just changing out the sweater or jacket, the particular button down or the pair of jeans. Easy peasy! But I really loved the plaid top with the oversized blazer of this inspiration photo, and while I didn’t have a blazer like this, my super comfy oversized sweater made a great replacement.
