Wardrobe Wednesday | Oversized Sweater Style with a Little Flair

2/08/17

I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with oversized sweaters and could easily live in them like 95% of the time. Make it in my favorite color and I’m done for! It just makes an easy, comfortable outfit and there is plenty of room to accessorize for different looks.

Inspiration photo source. All others taken by Kaytee Lauren, edited by me.

A simple bandana rolled like this is a fun compliment to the wider neckline and I like the little flair it gives the outfit, as well. But of course you can mix it up and do a long necklace, a chunkier scarf or just keep it simple and go without accessories!

The style of this sweater was already designed to be long, but I also bought it two sizes up from my norm (a Large instead of a Small) so that I really got the oversized look that I was wanting and had room to roll the sleeves. Plus, it’s extra comfy this way!

Sweater: Old Navy, $14 | Jeans: Old Navy, $19 | Bandanna: Thrifted | Boots: Etsy, $68

Anyone else love their oversized sweaters? What’s your favorite way to style them? Tell me in the comments!
