It’s so crazy that I’m four months pregnant, now! Somehow when you count in weeks, it makes it seem slower-going. But when you realize in just one more month you’ll be halfway there it feels really fast! So crazy. But here is an update from the last two weeks!
It’s interesting to me that I look bigger in last week’s photo than this week’s. But it seems to have a lot to do with exactly how I stand and what I’m wearing. I promise the photos are in the proper order, though. ;) I definitely had hoped to be more visibly popping out by this point. But from what I hear, when it happens it just….happens! Plus I know it can take a little longer with the first pregnancy, I’m just being impatient. :)
Stand-out moments from the past two weeks:
– I fainted for the first time in my entire life. At the mall, in Motherhood Maternity no less. Thankfully I’m completely fine, and two very kind people took great care of me. Turns out you really can’t go like 5 hours with just one granola bar and a handful of pretzels…
– We bought Baby his/her first ornament! (It’s the one on the left….because it reminded us of a little bundled up baby. :) And it’s hanging happily on the tree, which is just fun to look at.
– Still haven’t had any intense cravings, but have been able to eat pretty normally.
– Started working out again! Slow-going at the moment, but I’m easing my way back into it.
Feeling great, overall, and excited to be heading to Indiana this week to spend Christmas with my family! Just about one more month until we find out the gender. Can’t wait!
