I don’t know about where you’re living, but all the sudden this past week we’ve taken a detour back to Winter around here. I shot a wedding on Friday and wore tights, a scarf AND coat for nearly the whole day. But hey, the positive way to look at it is that you get to wear your favorite scarf another time or two before fully getting into sandals & shorts. And that brings me to this week’s look. A perfect Spring version of some Winter wardrobe items. By pairing this wool skirt, tights & scarf with a short sleeved shirt it feels a little less heavy & Wintery than if it also included a sweater or heavier long sleeved shirt. It’s a great compromise for a chilly, yet sunny, Spring day. Plus, the color tones in this skirt are some of my favorites, so I enjoyed getting to wear it again before the warmer weather makes me put it out of my mind until Fall.

But for real, now, Spring can be here to stay! (Am I right??) What Wintery item have you gotten some more wear out of this past week?
ohhh I LOVE your shoes!! Those are so awesome. And the shirt. Mustard is the best. :D One winter item I got some more use out of last week when it was cooler here in CT is a mustard scarf I arm-knitted :)
