This editorial styled shoot with my friend and fellow creative Sarah of Henterre Clay was inspiring, to say the least. 2021 was a hard year for all of us, and the Fall was particularly hard for me on every level. My wedding season was insanely busy and stressful – the stress of just staying healthy and all the pandemic worries & keeping up with the editing workload – NOT anything to do with my clients. My couples and their events were actually truly, truly amazing which I’m so grateful for. But I’m so thankful that months before I had reached out to Sarah about collaborating on a shoot together because 1) I needed a creative and inspired outlet that gave me room to play and get out of my norm, and 2) I love getting to partner with other small businesses and artisans to help create content to show off their work. It was a match made in heaven as we quickly discovered our visions and vibes lined up amazingly and I’m so thrilled with the team we pulled together + the magic we created.
