Friends! I am SO excited to be back with another inspiring fellow-creative-business-owner-lady sharing her style. Colleen West is an amazing florist who happens to share an adorable little studio space with another talented floral genius who you may remember from a previous style post: Lori Tran. Colleen is fun and spunky, so full of joy, and this girl could wear a burlap sack and honest-to-goodness make it look fabulous. I love that we share a common enjoyment of vintage clothes & thrifting for treasures and I hope you enjoy her style inspiration as much as I do!

What are some of your favorite brands or places to shop?
1. Christy Dawn– I love her mission and her designs! This brand is my splurge but also are my very favorite pieces I wear over and over. All of her pieces feel effortless, you can easily transition from work to play without having to think to hard! 2. Shop Doen– Clothes for my dream life! They can do no wrong in my eyes. 3. Madewell– Easy/wearable/approachable. They have the best jeans and basics that wear in really well. 4. Thrift stores- I love the hunt and having stories to the things I’m wearing. I also love that nothing is too precious- you aren’t afraid of a little dirt getting on them.
Any favorite tips, tricks, or go-to’s when it comes to your wardrobe or accessories?
I’ve been trying to live by the “less but better” motto, investing in pieces I’ve really been wanting, silhouettes that fit well and more quality pieces that can grow with me.

Is Colleen just the cutest or what?! I love her style, the way she combines vintage and modern pieces and her input on going for less, but investing in better pieces. That is my goal, as well, especially as I get older and more and more in touch with my true style. This lady is just so wonderful and talented and you can follow her floral work + see more of her charming style via Instagram and you can also check out her website to inquire about her floral services!
