Coffee shop visits and strolling around our cute local town for the weekly farmers market are two of my favorite Summer-time activities. It feels so nice to be out in the sunshine, and while (as you know) I always like to be comfortable, I also enjoy the excuse to be cute since I’m, you know, actually outside of my house and seeing more than just my two kiddos. Enter: one of my favorite all-secondhand outfits!
This shirt was a great find at Plato’s Closet years ago and I couldn’t have even known when I bought it what a favorite it would become. It’s so lightweight and airy and obviously one of my top go-to colors. The skirt was a great steal from ThredUp and the Everlane loafers were snagged secondhand from a friend. I love how these pieces all work together and make for a polished, yet casual, Summer look.
As you know by now, the only thing I love more than a good thrift find is a good small-business or ethical fashion brand. This great basket bag is from Xihn & Co – an adorable little brand I stumbled upon via an Instagram give-away. Literally the perfect farmers market or beach day bag. It’s nice and roomy and the perfect amount of sturdy. And these fun brass ear-climber stud earrings are from Sseko – a unique, ethical fashion brand employing women in Uganda and helping them go to university. That’s a mission I can get behind, plus their items are so on point!

What’s the best item you’ve scored secondhand that has become a wardrobe staple and favorite for you? I always love to hear a good thrift story! :)
